A 6 year-old boy presented to the emergency department after falling 5 feet off a trampoline and hitting his head. He had no loss of consciousness. He has no headache and no other complaints upon evaluation in the ED.

Lives 15 minutes away with his parents and 2 siblings. He is in kindergarten.
There is a small amount of subarachnoid hemorrhage in the right frontal lobe. There is a linear, non-displaced occipital bone fracture. There are no other abnormal findings.
